Prague consistently ranks as one of the world’s top bachelor party destinations. Incredible beer, world-class nightlife, stunning medieval architecture, and prices that make every dollar go further. Here’s how to plan it right.
Why Prague for a Bachelor Party?
Prague offers everything a bachelor party needs: great beer at local prices, a compact walkable city centre, flights from most US hubs via a single connection, and an established culture of hosting international groups.
When to Go
- Best months: May, June, September, October (mild weather, manageable crowds)
- Avoid: July–August (peak tourist season, higher prices, very crowded)
- Duration: 3–4 nights is the sweet spot
Best Activities
Beer Tour
The highlight of any Prague bachelor party. Our Bachelor Party Beer Tour takes your group to 2 local microbreweries, 9 Czech beers, and unlimited beer at the final stop. The groom gets crowned Brewing Master. From €74/person.
Beer Spa
Soak in warm hops and barley malt with cold beer on tap beside you. Sounds ridiculous, works brilliantly. Book well in advance.
Shooting Range
Professional ranges offer AK-47s, pistols, and sniper rifles. A 2-hour session runs €50–80 per person. Popular option for groups who want something memorable before the evening.
Escape Room
Prague has some of Europe’s best escape rooms. Good for afternoon group competition before going out.
River Cruise
Private boat on the Vltava with drinks and music. A relaxed way to warm up before a big night. From €30/person, 2–3 hours.
Where to Stay
Vinohrady is the best area for bachelor parties: easy metro access to the city centre, local restaurants and bars, significantly cheaper than Old Town. Žižkov is another good option with a great local pub scene and lower prices.
Avoid staying directly on Old Town Square if budget matters: bars and restaurants there charge tourist rates.

- Group size of 8–15 is ideal for most activities
